CoreAge Rx now has product pages for estrogen, oral progesterone and nonhormonal menopause care. The prices and availability notices on those pages need to be read together before they can support a useful budget.
This September 27, 2026 price check separates what the public pages display from an actual payable treatment quote. We did not complete a checkout, submit health information or establish what an individual reader would be prescribed.
The estrogen selector does not establish a free plan
We checked all four options on the estrogen page: oral estradiol, patch, gel and vaginal cream. Each displayed a one-month plan at $0, and the visit link used an unfinished ordering destination. That is not a reliable basis for advertising free estrogen or calculating a complete HRT price.
Ask the service for the active enrollment link and a written quote for the exact prescription. The estrogen-options guide explains how the routes differ. Do not use a price for weight-loss medication, skincare or men's TRT to fill a gap in the menopause offer.
Two starting prices come with an availability notice
Oral progesterone displays a starting price of $64.99 per month and is marked coming soon. The nonhormonal paroxetine page shows the same starting amount and the same status. Neither listing establishes a launch date, an available prescription or the quantity and payment schedule that would apply to your plan.
These products should not be added together as a standard menopause package. They serve different purposes, and a clinician decides whether either is appropriate. Our main CoreAge review places those offers alongside the estrogen catalog and the medical questions that remain.
No membership fee does not mean no renewal
CoreAge’s product pages advertise no membership fees. Its general policy also says some purchases may be subscriptions that renew automatically. Those statements can both be true: a recurring medication order may exist without a separate charge for belonging to the service.
Before paying, ask for the first payment, renewal amount, billing interval and supply period. If a three-month supply is ever offered, distinguish the amount charged today from an advertised monthly equivalent. Confirm whether a second medicine creates another subscription and how each renewal would be canceled.
Ask about the consultation charge before medical review
The refund policy describes applicable provider consultation fees of $50–$100 that become nonrefundable once the consultation or review process begins. It also says that being found medically ineligible can result in a refund of the refundable treatment portion while leaving a consultation charge.
This is a general policy range, not a verified extra fee for every future HRT purchase. Ask whether it is included in the quoted amount, charged separately or retained from an initial payment if treatment is declined. A clear answer prevents an advertised medicine price being mistaken for the maximum possible charge.
Shipment is not the only refund deadline
The policy says prescription sales become final after clinician approval and transmission to the pharmacy. This can happen before the package is shipped. It also describes a 30-calendar-day cutoff from purchase, including orders delayed by missing patient information, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Canceling future renewals does not automatically reverse an already processed order. Read the current policy before purchasing and keep a copy of the applicable terms. If you need an explanation about a pending charge, ask support to identify the stage your order has reached and the rule being applied.
Build a complete quote, then compare it
Include medicines, consultation, any required testing, delivery, renewal frequency and clinical follow-up in the same budget. The product pages advertise standard shipping and the general policy provides for exceptions disclosed at checkout. Confirm the details for the actual treatment rather than assuming every service on a large catalog uses one payment model.
Use CoreAge versus Alloy for a comparison with published three-month supply billing, or CoreAge versus Midi for a visit-based example. Our HRT cost checklist helps record the answers. Compare complete, available plans once you have them; a missing price is not a saving.
