The free kit and email series

If you tick the consent box and submit an email form, we use EmailBump to store your email address, your signup placement (for example, the footer or popup), the form’s consent wording and submission time. EmailBump also processes technical information such as your IP address, browser, referring origin and approximate location to operate and protect its forms. The signup does not ask for your symptoms or medical history.

You are signing up for the kit link and five daily HRTMommy emails, including CoreAge Rx promotions. Each marketing email includes EmailBump’s unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time. We do not automatically subscribe people who only use the contact form.

EmailBump records email delivery and may record opens and link clicks. Open data can be affected by your email app’s privacy settings. Campaign links use tags to identify the email and campaign. We do not put your email address or health information into those campaign tags. A click on a provider link is not a purchase or a medical outcome.

Contact messages

The contact form sends your name, email address, selected topic and message to our EmailBump inbox. We use it to read and respond to your request. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security signals to help block automated submissions. Please do not include medical records, symptoms, card information or other sensitive information. This is not a secure clinical messaging service.

The appointment planner and care kit

The question planner runs in your browser. It uses predefined questions and does not ask for health information. Selections are held in page memory, are not sent to a server and are cleared on reload. We do not embed newsletter forms or the signup popup on the planner page.

The care kit is a printable reading page. It does not collect worksheet answers. Printing uses your browser’s print function; any printed or saved copy and any notes you add are under your control.

Browser storage and site operation

The signup popup uses browser storage to remember a dismissal for seven days or that you requested the kit on that browser. EmailBump’s form code may also remember form interactions. Clearing site data removes those preferences. The popup and forms still work if storage is unavailable, although preferences may not be remembered.

This site uses PostHog for usage analytics and Meta Pixel for page-view and advertising measurement. These services receive page URLs, browser and device information, IP addresses, identifiers and interaction data, and may use cookies or browser storage. PostHog is configured to create profiles for anonymous visitors. Meta may associate visits with a Meta account. Browser settings and blocking tools can limit collection. Our hosting and infrastructure providers process ordinary connection information, such as IP address, requested URL and browser information, to deliver and secure the site. Email forms connect to EmailBump, and bot checks connect to Cloudflare. This does not mean browsing is anonymous to every network or service involved.

Other websites

Source links and provider links leave this publication. Featured provider links include campaign tags identifying the referring site and article or email. Those sites have their own privacy rules, and information you submit there is handled by them. Our site does not receive medical intake answers or purchase confirmations from those forms.

Your choices and requests

Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop the series. To ask about your information or request its deletion, email contact@hrtmommy.com or use our contact form. We may retain a limited opt-out record to prevent further marketing and records necessary to handle a request. Please do not send identity documents unless we have explained why they are needed.
