Parée advertises $79 per four weeks, billed as $237 every twelve weeks. That charge covers an 84-day cycle. Describing it as three calendar months would hide the way renewal dates move through the year.

Read the bundle and its qualification together

The pricing page describes review, ongoing messages, follow-up, medication when prescribed and shipping within one membership. It also makes the exact checkout inclusions and price decisive. Ask whether the formulation and any additional medicine proposed for you are covered by that quote.

Clarify expenses for outside testing or examination, and whether a mid-cycle treatment change alters the charge. Parée says it does not accept insurance. If you want to use HSA or FSA funds, check your administrator’s rules instead of treating the website’s eligibility language as a guarantee.

Written care can still require a conversation

Parée describes a structured intake reviewed by a licensed clinician, with video when state requirements or clinical circumstances call for it. The written starting point does not guarantee that your entire care can happen without appointments.

The site advertises service in all fifty states and Washington, DC, with individual eligibility and service differences checked during intake. The treatment page is a list of categories

Published options include estradiol patches, tablets and gel, oral micronized progesterone, local vaginal estrogen and nonhormonal care. These are possibilities selected through assessment, not a promise that a requested medicine will be prescribed.

Messaging needs a useful follow-up plan

Ask who receives a question about a new symptom and how the prescribing clinician becomes involved. Unlimited secure messaging describes access to a channel; it does not guarantee an immediate medical answer. Establish what happens if a live discussion or in-person assessment is needed.

Parée also has a shop. Buying a nonprescription product there is not the same as receiving a medical assessment. Ask whether any suggested supplement or skincare product is optional and what role it has in the proposed plan, rather than assuming it is a necessary companion to HRT.
