Remedy Meds vs Noom: which offer actually includes menopause HRT?

Separate GLP-1 weight programs, hormone prescriptions and behavioral support before choosing.

Noom and Remedy Meds both reach people interested in weight care. Noom also publishes a menopause-HRT service with named hormone options. We have not confirmed an equivalent menopause-HRT offer from Remedy Meds’ current public material.

That difference is the starting point for this September 26, 2026 comparison. A program aimed at midlife weight concerns should not be presented as a verified alternative to a hormone-prescribing service without evidence that it actually offers that care.

What Noom confirms publicly

Noom’s HRT safety and transparency page describes a program that can include FDA-approved estradiol patches and progesterone pills, as well as compounded biest cream containing estradiol and estriol. The exact treatment remains a clinical decision; the catalog does not establish what will be prescribed to you.

That mixed menu makes the product question important. Ask whether your proposed medication is an FDA-approved finished product or a compound and why it was selected. The Noom review and our compounded-HRT explainer provide context without assuming every option has the same evidence or approval status.

What remains unconfirmed at Remedy Meds

Remedy Meds’ public offer centers on GLP-1 weight treatment. Its service and billing information did not establish a menopause-HRT catalog, an HRT-specific price or a corresponding follow-up pathway. A discussion of perimenopausal weight concerns is not enough to fill those gaps.

If the company tells you it now provides HRT, request the current service description, clinician eligibility, prescription options and complete terms. Until those are available, treat the Remedy Meds review as an assessment of an adjacent weight-care service, not confirmation that it can replace your hormone prescriber.

Compare each program against its actual purpose

Write down what you hope the appointment will address. “I wake up sweating most nights” is a different assessment request from “I would like help managing my weight.” These concerns can overlap in daily life, but the appropriate investigation and treatment may differ.

Behavioral support can also vary widely in format. Ask whether it means an app curriculum, group content, coaching or individual clinical follow-up. Do not assume that the word “support” includes appointments with a dietitian or a clinician whenever you need them. Our dietitian-support shortlist explains that distinction.

Read billing terms independently of the care plan

Remedy Meds’ terms describe automatic renewal of prepaid treatment periods, including circumstances in which charges continue without a completed refill form. Ask for the date by which cancellation must be received and whether a future order can be billed or processed early.

For Noom, verify the specific menopause offer and its current term, rather than borrowing a price from the general weight-loss app or a GLP-1 promotion. We do not publish a universal all-in Noom HRT price from the available evidence. Request the total including consultation, each medication and any required follow-up before comparing costs.

Make a care handoff explicit

If you are considering moving an existing hormone prescription, ask the receiving clinician what records are required and whether the current regimen is within their scope. Canceling the old subscription before a new assessment is complete can create an avoidable administrative problem.

Use our switching online HRT providers guide for that process. For another contrast involving a confirmed hormone catalog, see Remedy Meds versus Josie. The useful choice is the service that can evaluate your actual concern and explain its terms; neither company’s marketing establishes a medical winner.
